Behind Stone Walls

Check it out on Amazon Kindle HERE

Hi Everyone,
If you have been following my six sentences for the last few weeks you would have been sampling a short story l wrote for inclusion in the above anthology, published by 'Yellow silk dreams'. There are four stories in this antholgy written by very different authors and it includes my contribution, 'Scarlet'.

Product Description

A Collection of Four Stories by Gemma Parkes, Eve McFadden, Jocelyn Modo, Jacqueline George.

Authors are a talkative bunch, especially now we can communicate online and spend far too much time on social media. Time that would be better spent writing, no doubt. Still, chatting strikes up new ideas and four authors from Yellow Silk Dreams have decided to create an anthology.

Completely separated by geography and culture in the USA, UK and Australia, the four of us sat down at our computers and wrote stories on the same theme - The Castle. The results are here, and I think you will agree that they could not be more different.
***
It is difficult for me to write a synopsis on 'Scarlet' without giving away the story line but l'll try!:
When Katy goes to an medieval banquet weekend with her best friend Ellie she is overwhelmed by a beautiful Scarlet dress that has been laid out on the bed for her to wear. The evening provides a mixture of emotions and magic as the dress appears to transport her mentally back to a time when it was worn by its previous owner. Katy battles to gain control and to make sense of the situation she finds herself in. What are the secrets behind the Scarlet dress?
I am honoured to have my story included in this anthology alongside some very fine authors in Jaqueline, Jocelyn and Eve. I am thrilled with the release and with the beautiful cover which Jaqueline designed.
The book is now available for purchase from Amazon Kindle Select.
Enjoy!

Six Sentence Sunday #40

Hello everyone, thank you for stopping by and welcome to another six sentences from 'Scarlet' my anthology contribution to the just released 'Behind Stone Walls' for yellow silk dreams. Enjoy!:

The lights dimmed and Katy could feel her desire already beginning to rise at the thought of both men sitting so very close that their legs were almost touching. Her lips curled into a wry smile and her heart began to pound as the actors took to the stage. Warmth crept upwards through her body settling on her face and flushing her cheeks. She felt her mind wandering…
'She was walking amongst the grounds of this magnificent castle wearing a pale blue linen dress. A man walked alongside her enjoying the gentle sunshine and the company she was providing'.
                             ******
What is going on? Almost all will be revealed here on this blog tomorrow! I hope you enjoyed this six, please leave a comment and take the time to check out the other authors taking part today.
Thank you and have a great Sunday

PEEK A BOO

"Oh Clare! You really freaked me out!"
"Sorry Robert, just practising the new routine, what do you think?"
"Don't you think it's a little scary for children?"
"Well obviously l'll be wearing clothes."
"Crazy woman, l mean the eye hands and the thumbs sticking out like something from Startrek!"
"Robert, it took me ages to paint these on, don't you think they'll work?"
"Not for the children, but you know, they're kind of doing it for me."
"Oh, ok, shall l come a little closer, so that you can see them more clearly?"
"Hell yes, bring that naked, crazy body over here!"

Hope you enjoyed my little tale! For more stories about the same picture just click on the blue link below. Thank you for dropping by, please leave me a comment to let me know what you thought.

Tantalising Tuesday #2

Cover Photo

Hello and welcome to my second Tantalizing Tuesday. For this post we choose our own pictures and write about them using 200 words, here's mine, enjoy!:

                                                    The Big Squeeze

"Jake, come on. help me out of here!" Abi was growing tired and their private photo session should have ended ages ago.
"One more baby, show a little more boob, that's it good girl, damn you're sexy!"
"Sexy and stuck Jake, this is serious, l'm wedged in here get some oil or something."
Jake didn't need telling twice, he pottered off to the bedroom and spent some considerable time going through the many lotions and potions they kept within their 'love' drawer. Finally settling on a warm cherry oil he set about warming it between his eager palms.
Then, approaching Abbie, he tilted the little bottle so that the warm oil dripped down the back of her panties and along the wall behind her.
"Ooh," she squealed as he did the same down the front of her breasts.
Wiggling and giggling Abbie was finally free. The sight of her cute, oiled up body was more than Jake could take and he pulled her down to the floor with him to spread it all over her body, freeing her from her panties to rub it in properly, enjoying the way she responded to his touch and, eventually, his cock.

Hope you enjoyed that, please leave a comment. To view the others click on the links:

Six Sentence Sunday #39

Hello everyone and welcome to another six sentence Sunday. This week l'm still moving on with my contribution (Scarlet) to the yellow silk dreams anthology which should be released within the next few days:

By the time the meal had ended and the guests were being ushered into another room set out for their entertainment with rows of chairs facing a wooden platform, the two men were desperate to make her acquaintance.
They approached her together as she stood by a large fire place pretending to admire a colourless painting of a horse with no tail. Katy had not favoured one man over the other so they were hoping that her intentions would become clearer as they all talked. Whichever one she seemed least attracted to would then be able to make a subtle departure.
However Katy, feeling the power of keeping them both hanging onto her every word and movement was enjoying the game too much to let either of them go just yet. They sat together, one man on each side of her forcing Ellie to sit behind much to her annoyance.

Oh dear, trouble's a brewing!
Thank you so much for stopping by, please leave a comment to let me know what you think l really do appreciate it. To visit more Sunday sentences please click on the above banner which will take you to many talented writers blogs.

Flash fiction Friday #32

Wow 32 Friday flashes! That's amazing and it's gone by so fast! For those of you who are new to the concept, every Friday a group of us get together and write 100 words about the same picture. Here is mine for this week, enjoy!:

                                                     A Sandy Day

"I have had such a wonderful day James!"
"Me too David, incredible."
"This heart that we've made, it makes me feel like we really are two halves of the same whole."
"I feel the same but you know the tide will come in soon, right?"
David looked out towards the sea, only feet away from them now. The names they wrote earlier had already been washed away by small frothy waves.
"Come on David." said James, "Don't worry about it, it's only sand after all."
"What about the sands of time?" David almost whispered.
"They will never run out for us David, l promise."

I hope you enjoyed my short tale, please leave me a comment. The blue link below will take you to all the other wonderful interpretations, go on you know you want to!

Tantalizing Tuesday

Hello Everyone and welcome to my very first tantalizing Tuesday! This is a new group set up by some
friends of mine. We intend to tease you with pictures we have chosen ourselves individually using
a limit of 200 words! Here's mine:

The new Book arrives

(Picture removed - sorry)

'Oh my, it's even hotter than they said it was' Jane mumbled to herself as she turned another page with her one free hand.
'l may have to do something about this soon.'
Janes fingers began tapping lightly against her sex as she read about the heroines menage.
The tapping turned into a slow stroke as she pictured the scene in her minds eye.
'Oh God, this is so hot.' she murmured, unwilling to remove her hand to turn the page.
Instead she placed the book to one side and closed her eyes as her legs fell open. Her fingers teased around her clit before dipping deeper...
In her mind she was at the centre of the menage, she could almost feel the hot hands of the man holding her steady while the other fed her his love. She rocked between them taking all they had to give her.
Her fingers moved faster as she raised her beautiful hips, 'God yes.' she whispered into the empty room, 'There, right there.'
She cried out with the intensity of her release and lay still until her passion subsided.
Slowly she sat up again and turned the page.

I hope you enjoyed my little tale! Please leave me a comment. Below are the links to the other amazing blogs! Have fun!

Six Sentence Sunday #38

Hi everyone and welcome to another Six sentences from my upcoming anthology release with Yellow silk dreams 'Scarlet'. Last week we left her making quite an entrance down the castle staircase, in this snippet they are half way through their meal:

Katy studied the people directly opposite her. There was a couple who looked to be in their late thirties seated next to two younger men, possibly in their early twenties. One of the men caught her staring and grinned broadly taking her by surprise. He raised his tankard in a friendly gesture causing Katy to blush and lower her eyes.
As the guests worked their way through the many dishes, a small band played in one corner of the large room. There were also several jugglers performing around the table.

Hope you enjoyed my six, thank you for dropping by, please leave me a comment and click on the large banner to visit the many wonderful writers taking part today.

Happy Sunday

Flash Fiction Friday #31

Hello everyone and welcome to another fabulous flash fiction Friday!
One picture, a bunch of wonderful writers and only 100 words to let loose with!

Emily

Emily pouted at the camera and thought about her new lover waiting patiently at home.
She hoped he wouldn't mind being alone.
Her mind wandered to last night and the fabulous night of passion they had shared.
Rolling over onto her back, Emily pouted at the camera and imagined Tims face and the way he looked as she rode him. His greedy mouth had taken her nipples and deftly sucked as she ground her hips into his and squeezed his cock dry.
An hour later she had restarted his passion with her cherry red lips...
"Wow hot! hold that pose!"

Hope you enjoyed my little tale, for more please click on the blue link

Six Sentence Sunday #37

Hello, Happy Easter and welcome to another six sentences! Hope you are all enjoying the holiday and managing to get plenty of rest. My six this week come from further on in my 'Scarlet' story for Yellow silk dreams new anthology:

As Katy began the long descent she felt several of the guests’ eyes upon her. She slowed her walking to a regal pace, suddenly feeling as if she were the most important guest in the room. She felt as if everybody was waiting for her to give the signal before they could begin to enjoy themselves.

When she reached the bottom, she instinctively waited until one of the male guests stepped forward to take her arm and lead her to the grand table with its beautiful linen cloth.
“What are you doing?” whispered Ellie once they had all taken their places and sat down.
Hope you enjoyed my snippet, please leave me a comment so that l know you've been. To visit the other Sunday participants please click on the above link. Thanks for visiting.

A publishing helping hand

AT LAST! ADVICE WE CAN USE!

Once upon a time last May l decided to self-publish some of my erotic short stories on Amazon Kindle. The writing part wasn't too difficult as l had been writing for most of my life, and l'd even had one or two of my earlier shorts published by magazines etc. The editing wasn't too bad either, though it still takes me far too long and l have learnt many a lesson along the way. But the publishing? All the different formats? The promoting? I was ok with the computer l suppose but l definitely needed help putting it all together. This help came via a blog called 'The RMC Digital Blog' which is the brainchild of Robert Corrigan.

The Kindle Cash Machine: Do This Right and
You Will Make Money

I suppose if you do anything right you will make money, but after February’s open season on Kindle sellers there are some things that you really need to know if you want to sell on Kindle.
Firstly that it is really easy to do AND to make money doing it…. But, why is there always a but? Amazon is very strict about what they will accept as content so it is important to get your Kindle books complying with the Amazon Terms of Service.

It is easy to fall foul of this and have books removed or your account terminated, this happened to thousands of Kindle sellers last month. The problem duplicate content; too many people uploading the same content.
How has this happened? Well how many e-mails have you had in recent months with some “Guru” selling gigabytes of PLR materials that you can use to compile your own books? Buyers were just uploading compilations of the PLR articles. Result massive amounts of the same content and a very poor customer experience.

The other problem was content that was freely available on the web being sold on Kindle. Amazon don’t like that, result take a sledge hammer to the problem. There is a better way, the way I use to make 800+ sales a month through Kindle.

Revised, expanded and improved “The Kindle Cash Machine” Version 2!
                                                  *************************

Along with books like the one above, which cover all aspects of self publishing there are several step by step videos which will take you through the whole process! Personally l found these to be really helpful.

Other videos available by Robert cover Amazons print on demand Create-space (which l have used) and information about KDP select and Kindle fire.

There are of course many eBook retailers but Amazon is the largest. I published there first and have been really pleased with the results. Roberts advice gave me the confidence to give it a go in the first instance and l'm really glad l did.

For anyone who is just starting out in the world of self-publishing, and for those of you who would like to try it but don't know where or how to start, l would whole heartedly recommend the books and videos available from this man.

Six Sentence Sunday #36

Hi everyone and welcome to the first six sentences of  the month! Here are another six from 'Scarlet' enjoy:

Holding up a scarlet gown with a full skirt and a laced bodice against her slim body, helped Katy to make up her mind. It had to be this one. The rich colour complemented her pale skin and fair hair. The fabric was heavy taffeta and its brightness stole the light from the dim wall lamps. She felt wonderfully wicked as she tried it on and studied her reflection whilst toying playfully with the lace ties of the boned corset top.
Ellie emerged from the bathroom with her hair tightly wrapped in a damp white towel.
